  9. *SAY IT LOUD ESSAY WRITING* – Theme – “Local Legends” – A copy of the essay is due January 25, 2026 – Grades 4-12 – Include with submission: full name and grade; picture of person essay is written about; parents’ name, phone number and email address – Place submission in the “Say It Loud Essay Box”  – Essay Guidelines

  11. Praise 94.5 FM – Minister Share – Bethesda Ministers will share on Wednesdays at 12 noon.
  12. The Kitchen Ministry is seeking helpers.  Please see Sister Annie Reeves.
  13. Seniors aged 80 to 89 are invited to submit a brief biography and a photo to the church secretary for consideration in the Bethesda Herald Newsletter.
  14. Youth Choir – Youth Choir ministers on the 3rd Sunday.  If you are in grades Sixth (6th) to Twelfth (12th) and you’re interested in becoming a member of the Youth Choir Ministry, please contact Sister Gwen Smith.
  15. The Bethesda Newsletter would like to highlight our senior saints in the coming months and will reach out to family members of senior saints.
  16. Any senior interested in contributing to the Bethesda Herald Newsletter senior section, Senior’s Perspective, is asked to please contact Sister Ruth Johnson, via the church secretary, Sister Barbara Holmes.

  18. Training for Broadcast, Sound, Preparing Messages for Radio Broadcast, and Livestreaming Ministries will take place soon. If you are interested in being trained, let the church secretary know.
  19. Beginning February 2nd, members are free to attend worship service any Sunday.Masks are required and must be worn appropriately at all times.

    Doors will be secured at the beginning of service.

    Worship services are open to visitors when accompanied by members of Bethesda Christian Fellowship.

    No sit-down meals will be served.

  20. Funerals
    • Masks are required and must be worn appropriately at all times.
    • Service will be held indoors.
    • The Kitchen Ministry will accommodate families requesting assistance with the repast. All meals will be prepared to go.
  21. In-person Church School will resume on the 2nd and 4th Sundays.  Zoom Church School will take place on the other Sundays at 4:00 PM.
